Ayurved Pro – Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At AyurvedPro, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic products that support wellness and a healthier lifestyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products, unless there is a proven quality concern.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by invoice/order proof

  • Returned with any free gifts or samples included (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumables and hygiene products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Personal care items (Herbal Kajal, Lip Balm etc.) if seal is broken

  • Items purchased under clearance, promotion, or special offer

  • Customized orders or bulk purchases

4. Replacement Policy

If the product received is:

  • Broken

  • Expired

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from the package

We will offer a free replacement within 7–10 working days once the issue is verified with photos/videos.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • The returned product meets all eligibility checks

  • The payment was received successfully and verified

Once approved, refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, Net Banking)

  • Or store credit (if chosen by the customer)

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If canceled after shipping, return shipping charges may apply.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, product image, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review the request and arrange pickup if approved.

8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If packaging appears tampered or damaged at delivery:

  • Refuse the package
